We are happy to invite you to the 2026 ICU Europe Conference which once again will take place in Vienna:

28. February – 1. March at Arcotel Wimberger, Vienna, Austria
Neubaugürtel 34-36, 1070 Wien

We have extended the conference with half a day to have room for good discussions, the conference will take place:
Saturday 9-17
Sunday 9-13

We are inviting you to a new hotel as our old friend, Ibis, no longer has any meeting rooms.
The Arcotel Wimberger is a 4-star hotel with excellent rooms and conference facilities. The hotel is located a 10 minutes’ walk from the Westbahnhof.
Nearest Metro station is Burggasse Stadthalle on the line U6. Tram line 9 stops right outside the hotel, Urban Loritz Platz.
The hotel has a restaurant, Handwerk, and Joe’s bar.

CONFERENCE FEE
With a hotel of higher standard and two days of meetings, the fee for the conference will be 120 euros per participant.
This includes lunch both days.
We will send invoice to the federation for the conference fee.
As we have strict deadlines for cancellation, the fee is non-refundable.

DINNER SATURDAY EVENING
We hope to be able to organize a dinner on Saturday and will come back later with more information and the cost for the dinner.
